Seed quilts are particularly convenient; just place the quilt in a tray, add water, and watch your greens sprout within days. If you opt for coir mats, sprinkle seeds evenly over the mats, water them, and follow similar steps to nurture your greens.

  2. Watering and Harvesting: Keep your microgreens well-watered, but be cautious not to overdo it. Harvest them when they reach about 1-3 inches tall, cutting them just above the soil or mat. Regular harvesting ensures you use them at their peak and prevents wastage.
